Returns & Exchanges Policy


At BTrendy, we take pride in offering carefully curated fashion styles. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange.

Please note that we do not provide refunds to the original form of payment.

Return Eligibility


To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage
For hygiene and quality control purposes, items that do not meet these standards will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Return Authorization


All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your package.

Return Shipping Window

After approval, items must be shipped back within 3 days.

Returns shipped outside this timeframe will automatically be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Store Credit


Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–7 business days.

Store credit will be sent via digital gift card and can be used toward any purchase on our website.

A $10.99 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Exchanges


If you need a different size or item, exchanges can be processed once the original item has been received and approved.

If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

Final Sale Items


The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bodysuits
  • Undergarments
  • Accessories
  • Items marked Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

Policy Enforcement


BTrendy reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
